Tzu Chi Continuing Education Centre In 1997, the Tzu Chi University in Hualien, Taiwan set up a Continuing Learning Centre (now known as Continuing Education Centre) to provide lifelong learning opportunities to people of all ages in the community, to promote wholesome values to every family and the society. Since 2003, Tzu Chi Continuing Education Centres have been set up in Melaka, Penang, Bukit Bintang, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Kepong, Kota Kinabalu, Alor Setar and Skudai. In addition to imparting knowledge and skills, the professionally-designed courses also emphasize on humanistic values and spiritual well-being.The courses, with the essence of Jing Si Aphorisms incorporated, are grouped into six main categories: language, humanistic culture, art, living skills, physical fitness and children.
