The Founding of Da Ai Technology In 2008, a group of Taiwanese entrepreneurs founded the Da Ai Technology Co Ltd, to professionally cater for the manufacturing of eco-friendly products. Collected PET bottles are processed into yarn and used in the manufacturing of blankets. Tzu Chi has presented such blankets to more than 950,000 disaster victims in over 30 countries around the world. Other than eco- blankets, Da Ai Technology also produces garments, tote bags and multi-functional products, such as lab coats and medical uniforms.
