Sports Day

On July 15, 2023, Tzu Chi International School Kuala Lumpur held its annual sports day for its secondary school. With this year’s theme, “We Unite through Sports”, it is hoped that students could experience the real power of teamwork and unity through their participation in the sports day.

After two pandemic years, Tzu Chi International School Kuala Lumpur (TCISKL) was finally able to organize its first sports day. The event, participated by 1,700 students and school staff, was held over three days from July 22, 2022, for kindergarten, primary and secondary students respectively.

As the sky was getting bright on the morning of June 30, 2019, teachers, parents and students of Da Ai Kindergarten Kepong had already gathered on the field of SJK (C) Desa Jaya, anticipating to participate in the Kindergarten’s fourth parent-child sports meet.

Harmony School and Unity School, two refugee schools jointly established by Tzu Chi KL & Selangor and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), held a sports meet on June 15, 2019 to instil the spirit of fair competition, sportsmanship and teamwork among the refugee students.
